Dear: Exhibitor/Vendor,

The Long Island Gasoline Retailers Association would like to invite you to participate in our upcoming annual industry trade show. The goals of the event are to network the Members of LIGRA with other related industry businesses. As an exhibitor/vendor, we would like your agency/company to display your products and services. Your availability to have a booth with information about your company will enable you to answer questions and meet thousands of potential new customers.

For your information, the event details are provided below.

Date of the Trade Show: September 28, 2017

Location: Leonard’s of Great Neck – Ground Floor

Suggested arrival time to set up booth: between 11:00 AM & 2:00 PM

Trade show hours: 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Estimated number of attendees: 1500

Indoors: Trade show Booths

Outdoors: – Car Show

Number/size of tables per booth: Six foot table with table linen

Number of chairs: Two Chairs

Booth signs: (Optional—let exhibitor/vendor know if you are providing) Cost per booth: $995.00 (see details in contract)

This will be assigned by first come bases with a signed contract and payment in full. If you agree to participate, please complete the display area reservation contract form and return it ASAP to the LIGRA office © 270 Spagnoli Road, Melville NY 11747.
